Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By connecting a wallet, creating a dApp, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including building and publishing dApps and transacting in crypto — is lawful where you live.

3. Wallets, credits & payments

Self-custody. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We never have access to them and cannot recover them. Loss of your keys may mean permanent loss of access and assets.
Credits. Some features require credits, purchased with SOL via on-chain transactions. Credits are a license to use the Service and have no monetary value outside it.
On-chain finality. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Network fees are set by the Solana network, not by us.

4. Your content & projects

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the dApps you create ("Your Content"). You grant Ship a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights.
Build or distribute malware, scams, phishing tools, or fraudulent dApps.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others, or facilitate money laundering or sanctioned activity.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms other users.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including the Ship name, logo, software, and design — belongs to Ship Labs and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service as intended.

7. Third-party services

The Service interacts with third parties such as Solana, wallet providers, and the Solana Mobile dApp Store. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their agreements.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that dApps you generate will be error-free or suitable for production. Crypto and blockchain technology carry inherent risk, including volatility and total loss.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ship Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Ship Labs' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
